Who owns St. Croix County? Thousands of people have a piece of it, and they are listed in the new plat book published by the St. Croix County 4-H Leaders’ Association with Mapping Solutions. The 2018 book is available for purchase at the St. Croix County UW-Extension office located at 1960 – 8th Avenue, Suite 140 in Baldwin as well as at; St. Croix County Government Center, Hudson; Farm and Home, New Richmond; and Gregerson’s Ace Hardware, Baldwin.
The 160-page spiral-bound book features township and range maps of St. Croix County. These maps include the property boundaries for all rural parcels within the township, the name of the owner and the number of acres owned. Opposite the landownership maps are 911 Addressing Road Maps containing House Dots. Also, there is a handy landowner index for easy cross referencing.
In this new edition, you will find information regarding the St. Croix County 4-H program and a Clubs Locations Map. Also, there is a current government phone number directory, a Church Directory, and Recreational Charts included as well as a County Road Map with Road Index, School Districts Map, Lake Maps, and Municipal Maps of New Richmond, Hudson, North Hudson, Glenwood City, and numerous other municipalities. A new feature in the 2018 publication is an Index of the Initialed Parcels for your easy reference. And, as an added bonus there is an explanation of the public land survey system. Mapping Solutions is the publisher.
